What we expect from our new colleague

We expect you to implement advanced machine learning models focused on NLP algorithms, utilizing sophisticated embedding techniques to enhance semantic search and information retrieval. Your role will involve creating algorithms for neural search systems that efficiently handle complex data and leveraging LLMs to develop generative AI capable of performing human-level comparative analyses on medical treatments.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and healthcare professionals, will be essential to align AI solutions with user needs, while staying current with advancements in the field and rigorously testing models to ensure high performance and reliability.

Requirements

• A Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on NLP, embedding techniques, vector search and LLMs.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with Elasticsearch and other vector databases is a big plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid understanding of statistical learning methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
