The role involves leading the design, development, and maintenance of the Victreat patient-facing portal aimed at enhancing patient engagement and treatment accessibility. Key responsibilities include implementing backend services, APIs, and databases to help identify treatment options, as well as developing responsive user interfaces for seamless navigation.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to integrate AI and machine learning algorithms for personalized treatment recommendations. The position also requires ensuring the platform's scalability, performance, and security, along with conducting thorough code reviews, testing, and debugging to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a full stack developer with expertise in Python and web frameworks like Django or Flask
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Next
• Experience with Elasticsearch is a big plus
• Knowledge of software development best practices, version control systems and agile methodologies
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in healthcare technology or related fields is a plus
